Our body is naturally detoxing every day and Ayurveda teaches us, how to support it in this process.
This is where daily practices come into play! For cleansing up prana on the mental side, we have practices of yoga, pranayama and meditation and on side of our physiology, we have Ayurvedic concept of dinacharya – the daily routines that we pick up according to a season and your individual constitution.
However, no matter what dosha is dominating for you at the moment, we can all benefit from developing an awareness on how our everyday’s choices and micro-habits impact our health & well-being in the long run.
