#44 – Why You Shouldn’t Meditate, Unless You Feel Safe In Your Body

This is a somehow vulnerable excerpt from my “meditation diaries” – I’ve been meditating for around 2 years and this is what I’ve learnt so far – GROUNDING COMES FIRST! Because… How can your mind even relax, if you do not feel absolutely safe and comfortable with your body in the first place? During my (not that long) meditation journey, I realised the power and the importance of self-care, somatic practices and body work BEFORE we even attempt to start the meditation practice.
